Need Help...correct way to install oil return line gasket
i need help is this the correct way to install the gasket on the TURBO oil return line

here is the problem i ran in to at the turbo Oil Line....now i know why it was leaking it looks like the stupid idiots that had it before screwed it way to tight and busted it..and there is no thred..so what i can do.....can i put a double screw (Stud) and like get it welded on....and just put a nut to tighten it down..let me know
