So i just got a 03 eclipse its bone stock and runs great but i want to turbo it but i have no idea what all i need if someone could make me a list of things id appreciate it!

...they're called mechanics and if you "have no idea" then you're going to need one.

 

Is it the 4 or 6 cylinder? BIG difference as far as reliability with forced induction. Many kits were available for the 4 Cylinder but it has been a long time since I looked at them. Club 3g will be the place to go and ask questions. If it is the v6 there were issues when they were turbo'd. There is a common issue with one the cylinders going lean but again it has been a long time since I looked. Best of luck and hope you have the 4 cylinder one.

Well with the 4 cylinder the turbo is a great option. I don't remember the specifics but I believe the block was the same as one of the 2nd gen elcipse so the install is "relatively" simple.

You will have to do some research and as I suggested that other site is a good place to start. There used to be kits for the turbo install so there should be multiple lists on that site. Check out some of the members there who have turbo's their car and ask them what they used if they are still active. I doubt anyone on here will have a good list for you. Good luck
