I told him to take the cap off the reservoir.. fill it up and pump the clutch and have someone watch for bubbles... and continue to pump the clutch intul no bubbles are there. He did that and aparently thats all it took.

yea i did that..but i assume theres a lil air still in there but i have to wait for tha brake fluid that i put in to dry up i guess....but it works alot better i doubt its something more serious then tthat..but about tha fuel cut im havin anyone know info on fuel filter and pump
another question what size pump should i get...i want to get atleast 380hp to the wheels...change some internals...good tires.....better suspension ....what else in ur opinion what else should i do to achieve that horsepower or more
If you plan to upgrade further I suggest a Walbro 255lp or 255hp (the first is a low pressure and the other high pressure), either will get you up there.
If 380whp is your goal then I would suggest a 20G, but if you are really going to build up your internals go ahead and step up to a 50 trim or bigger (GT35
). BTW, you can set a goal if you like but the mod bug will eventually bite you and they bite hard, lol. I can promise you 380hp is only a short term goal, lol.
Oops forgot injectors, I believe 680cc and bigger will get you there too. Get bigger if you have an engine management that can control it, if you've only got a SAFC (1 or 2) stick with nothing bigger than 660CCs.

can you actually get 380whp on a 20g? cuz i would think he would need something a bit bigger. maybe like the 50 trim. But either way, hes right on for the fuel, and dont forget either your gonna need a Fuel pressure regulator with that fuel pump cuz the stock one isnt gonna work.
I was just researching the 20G about 2 weeks ago and every place that I found stating a turbo's estimated HP, they all came up to 450 for for the 20G. That's most likely at the crank so 380whp is obtainable, but if it is 450 to the wheels then it's definitely obtainable, lol.

They are fairly cheap and work as advertised.
Anyway, an AFPR is necessary or you stock FPR will be overrun and you'll most likely hit "fuel cut" because of the insufficient fuel flow. BTW, fuel cut has really isn't about fuel, but has more to do with what the ECU perceives as too much airflow, for those that didn't know that...yeah, it's odd. This is the motor's safety design, it's just trying to keep the motor from running lean and detonating.
But if you have sufficient fuel flow (with the help from a larger fuel pump, larger injectors, 1:1 AFPR), the ECU won't see JUST the larger airflow, but it will see that the motor isn't knocking and it isn't running lean.
