Well, there should only be two seals front and rear...First, any oil that is leaking out of your turbo isn't getting to the places it needs to for lubrication....and second, It's leaking for a reason, what that is I can't tell you, but some common things are failed turbo bearings or a blocked oil return path.....In short...I would replace the seals or rebuild the turbo............But!!! The tolerance around the oil seals are enlarged due to wear so a new oil seal will only partially solve this problem or temporarily solve it. You can't put back metal were its worn out. This is why rebuilds will only get you by for a while so actually.....I would replace it if it's toast. (The turbo that is.)

Well, then replace both seals and you should be okay. Any problems other than that, go with a rebuild....after that....replace it.

look for a rebuilt kit off ebay. it will have all of the seals in it and aslong as the turbo isn't cracked it will be good as new.
