Ok the car is a 1g talon TSi AWD.

Mods... SAFC II, Wideband, MBC, Intake Mani, 660 injectors, 190lph fuel pump, SBR Bastard 20g turbo fully ported, Type S BOV, FMIC, Intake, Exhaust, plugs+wires, Ported mani.

Im wondering what kinda PSI it can take

 

well with a good tune you should be able to run around 22-23 psi easy

your bottom end will be getting pretty much to its max after that. the turbo and fuel are good for higher but I am not sure what the DSMs can make max that will put around 400ish at 23PSI I bet

This is my friends car im just doing a lil researsh. We are also thinking about rebuilding the motor with possibly a 2.3l stroker kit

 

Except for that turbo you pretty much described my car at the end of this summer.lol

 

I hope you dont plan on boosting it higher than around 17psi on the stock turbo though right?

And sebba its probably alot easier just to build up the current bottom end with pistons and rods rather than stroke out the block you have.

 

What is the max I could run with my setup? Also running 15 psi wha HP should I be at. Also what is the next thing I should upgrade? School starts soon so I can't fork out a bunch of cash. Also should I be runnig a colder spark plug when runnig over 14 psi?

It was fine for a few pulls, it was making 442hp at 35psi

 

I would say around 17psi since you dont have any fuel
