Problem:
Hey RMA guy at Creative Labs. I recently sent back my old mp3 player which was a Zen Xtra 30GB because it would load up in safe mode constantly or whatever that blue screen of death meant and couldnt play songs so I got this RMA for it, 4dec55697. After they recived they sent me back a Zen Touch 10GB and now the touch scroll has gone out on it and my new RMA for this is 5JUN55083. The Touch wasn’t a very good of an mp3 player. It was so hard to pick a song or playlist and it took practicly an hour just to set my settings on it because it was so touchy and seriously I hated it and didnt know why they sent it to me. So I’m requesting the Zen Xtra 30GB in return for this Touch you acidently sent me. If you cant give me a Zen Xtra, a Zen USB 2.0 10GB would do just fine becuase it’s smaller and you can make playlists with it away from the computer which is really cool. Actually if it’s no too much to ask I would definetly like that player if it’s not against your RMA policies.
