They are supposed to be 21's for the back tire size, so It doesn't look like they're skimping on the rubber even though no specific sizes are given. Those tires may make for an easier launch, but if I'm not mistaken, will make it a bit slower on the takeoff- the payoff will be in the top speed(174 MPH)

An EVO will hit full spool right off of a good launch that is instantly. an AWD launch will SMOKE RWD with street tires from a stop. the AWD has more drivetrain drag so after about 50MPH the AWD car will not pull as hard as it did to get to 50mph. That is why the EVOswill own an SRT4 from a stopbut from a 40+ mph roll the EVOs either win barley or lose.
My car to me feels slow in 3rd gear bit pulls great in 2nd.
