well as you all know (i know you ALL know b/c you ALL bring it up 3424234134 times a day and rag on me) i'm driving a Del Sol right now for the nxt year or so until i get some cash together for my EVO. well my previous plans were to build a bad *** all motor at about 220whp w/ a shot of nitrous to top it off.... then i was gonnna make a bad **** motor and turbo it.... now... i'm.... well.... leaving it alone lol. i'm waitin for about 5 "i told you so's" (starting w/ emonz) found out it was gonna take about another 2k to do what i wanna do ontop of the 2k i already spent in parts and to put that much into a 1k car... i dont' think so. so i'm selling all my parts and putting the money back into the EVO. be happy, dont' rag, as a matter of fact i'll be happy to get just 1 "good job man" lol

So many funny things are racing through my head right now... but Ill sum it up with a "Good job, man..."

 

yea as soon as i sell these parts i'll have a good start at about 1800 for it, w/ my new roomie moving in May 1'st, his 350/month will be gonig directly into that savings account so by next year around January i'll have 4600. not quite as much as i'd like to have saved for it but it's better than nothing. not to mention that will be around tax time and i'll probably have a raise at work or 2 by then... so fingers crossed. i'd like to have about 9 or 10 saved up if possible. by then i can get it (JP getting a 07 White IX) for around 18 or 19.

and let the ragging begin. who wouldn't like to feel 350whp in a 1800lb car???? come on now guys. i could easily make this build within 6 months i just REALLY want that evo next year.

 

yea and who will never see good 60 ft times and autocross times????? or have a good resale value after all of that??? the $$$$ it would cost you to only get 350HP on the honda youll see a bun more on the Evo and have alot more fun and look better doing it

 

come on Mike, i know you want me to get the EVO and so i do i but how fun would it be to hit the interstate w/ that car???
