i agree fully with you... its said there there is a cure for EVERYTHING, we just havnt found em all yet.. and ibelieve there is cuz there are even animals we are still discovering. so im definatly convinced there are other ways to cure, but then again, we dont have our hands on these cures cuz we cant find em... so we are using the resourches we have found...

i started having sex with the girl i dated for 3.5 years at age 15, if she got pregnant then she should have the kid? shes VERY smart and has a great life to look forward to, shes not a ****, and will make it to collage and be something great in life... if she had the kid, she wouldnt.. (not sayin i got her pregnant but just an example). in a way it can relate to the starving ppl in etheopia or where ever, they cant afford food for themself, but they have kids and make there life worse, and ruin a childs life... whats the point in that.... a child can ruin a womens life. if shes a dropout makin money through sex, the child is gunna grow up with a very bad life.. ur right, its not the childs fault, but why would u want that child to live through hell? if you want to take it to gods eyes or however u put it... there are many other animals/mammals that kill there young to benifit/survive themself, weather its for food, or defence... what i mean is, some mammals kill there young/eat them for food, or kill them so there food supply is greater... and some mammals kill there young to defend predators either as bait (to slow them down because they eat the young) or as weapons (believe it or not monkeys have been known to throw young at predators or invaders)... so i believe gods way is not a good point, also because not everyone believes in god.

 

also im gunnarespond tothe "we are not animals, we dont need to play god" statement... do u know what separates humans and animals? ur right we are not animals... some say the reason is because we can speak, some say its cuz of tool use, some even say its cuz we have a soul... but what actualy is the answer to what truely separates us, is the ability to think ahead... its the ability to know cause and effect, to know whats gunna happen when we do something... and being able to do that, i do believe we need to "play god" or control the population, because we can look into the future and see how we need to deal with it... we cant just count on god, cuz one day we will run out of certain things (examples cound include food, space),and overpopulation will definately cause a huge problem.

first off, sorry to hear ur mother was raped.. ur mother had the child even though it was created in an unwanted way, and you have to give props to that, she did something AMAZING.. she cared for her child through one of the hardest opsticles, and she is a hero for doin so... but there are some ppl who will just not care for the child because they recieved it in such a way, they will chose not to want it because it was forced apon her. it is an inocent life, but the mother is the one that has to care for it, and put her life to new standards for this child.... its hard for some women to completely change there life at an undecided time with an unplanned child... the women who have the baby in a rape senario are true heros, because they give the child a chance at life... but you cant force everyone to do so, theres just some womenthat truely cannothandle a child at certain times, and abortion is the route that may be best fit.....

 

I just can't figure out the liberals. Killing a baby before it has a chance at life is okay according to a liberal. Killing a murderer, serial killer, rapist for the crime they chose to commit is not okay according to liberals. My brother is a liberal. He asked me once if I had ever thought about killing someone. I said, "Of course, hasn't everyone." What you are thinking whil you are angry is different then what you think when you are not. I told him that knowing you will be tried and given the death sentence is a deterant, and keeps intellegent people from make bad decisions. He told me he didn't want to have anything to do with me and considers me not to be his brother because I had thoght about killing someone. Funny, he forced his first wife to get an abortion when she was pregnate. So, not even out of anger and given ample opportunity to think about it, my brother killed his child. I call that premetatated murder. The punishment for such a crime should be more on the doctor than the mother. Just like hiring a hit man.

 

Hatchet, haven't you heard of partial birth abortions. They are currently legal. The baby is alive and still in the mother when they poke a hole in its skull and suck its brains out. I can see the use of things like the "Day After Pill" for rape victims, but I can not see a person having an abortion once that baby has started to develop.

 

Joshewuhh, sorry, but you are just wrong. I agree that life is a choice (talking about your life and your choice, not the life of an innocent baby who can not make that choice). Look, a young girl has sex with her boyfriend... HER CHOICE! A girl goes out and partys with the guys and decides to have multiple sex partners... HER CHOICE! A woman decides to shack up with someone and has unprotected sex... HER CHOICE! The rule here is, once you make a choice, even a bad choice, you have to deal with it. You can't have "do-overs". If I decide to chop my arm off, can I come back and say, "Oh, I want to do that over and not chop it off." Should I be punished for taking the wrong step? Yes! If that step was off the side of a 20-story building, I can't do it over. I'm dead. Just a bad choice that I would have to live with. (Or die with.)

 

I don't think any man (with maybe the exception of the father) has any right to tell a woman what she can and can't do with a parasite living in her body.

 

abortionm is fine in some ways...yes its murder its wrong...if ur a horny **** the got pregnant u deserve to get knocked up take some responsibilities...if ur raped and pregnant....abortion is fine plus DNA from the fetus is good to catch the guy....but its also just better to have the kid....murder is murder
