nah dont worry about being a new driver, ive only had my license about 7 or 8 months and when my mitsu got totaled when i was racing, the cop told me "I know you were ****ing street racing you ****ing punk and if it was my choice youd be in my cruiser headed to jail with a ****ing 500 dollar fine" exact words, and when they wrote all that street racing stuff on the police report, i still got 3400, no deductable taken for a 1997 eclipse RS with 154k on it. Rear end damagae would be hard to make you look like the bad guy.

Damn man.
Ok, your car will be totalled out b/c first off, its a 95. Insurance companies usually don't repair cars older than 10yrs in most areas.
Now, lets look at the damage.
It seems as if the whole body was pushed forward so you may have some frame damage (usually an instant total), the hatch lines are broken, the wheel is beaten pretty badly, the sideskirt is bent, the rear quarter panel is toast, you most likely have a broken control arm judging by the way its sitting crooked, rear bumper would prolly need replacement, door seems off but probally due to qp and ss damage,

I really see this one not being saved by the insurance companies.

Do you owe on the car at all?

If not, and its totalled, you'll probally end up getting $3-4g's.

I'm gettin $4750. Just got news this morning. Is there any way I can get more? They told me I can take otu my system. So that doesn't get any money. What about my alternator, new belts (not timing), almost full tank of gas, tranmission flush
