Here is the fact of life since I just finished paying off my fifth ticket. 1. Doesn't matter what you say or prove, the judge will side with the cop. 2. Going to court just cost you more money 3. Unless you have a damn good layer who also is a relative that wont charge it, it aint worth it. 4. Cops are ***@#$* and think they can get away with anything, sorry if there are any cops on here, I know some of you, far and between, aren't bad, (two of my uncles are cops).

whooaaa ... at this point ... im guessing something else happens. cause im kinda in your situation.

your mentioned "traffic school AGAIN". im guessing you got more than 4 points on your lisence in less than 1 year of being a new driver.

dude, thats kinda like me ... but heres what my officer said ... "you passed traffic school, but if you have 1 more moving violation in your 1 year probationary period ... your lisence will be suspended for 90 days and then you gotta take this class again. now pass me a donut" (i added the donut part)

but check into that bro ...

MOST cops and judges just want to jip you for your money, but if you catch them on a good day you might get lucky

Every time I went to challenge a ticket at the magistrate's office the cop showed up...Just pay the fine of $88 and shut up...taking him to court is just gonna make him mad even more and he'll be watching for you again and not cut you a break at all the next time...It's not a lot of money and you should feel lucky he wrote you up at only 9 over instead of smackin' ya at the full 20 over...What is the need to be doing 90 in a 70 anyway?? (Other than you only being a 18 year old kid)...You got caught once doing it so why would you WANT to do it again?????They'll just smack ya again with an even heftier fine and if it continues again you'll lose your license for a while and your friends are gonna make fun of you when mommy has to drop you off at places or you have to bike it LOL...Max. speed limit here in Pennsylvania is 65 on the highway and I set the cruise at like 71 so feel lucky you guys can go faster than that legally.
