Dam right, these cobra are fast with a supercharger upgrade they could hang with anything

 

there are some, but not realiable...

 

I've seen a few mustang dd in my area w/ superchargers on them and never had any problems.

 

My buddy has an '03 Mustang Cobra supercharged that's 475 rwhp and 500 lbs. tq...The car has less than 10K miles..it's beautiful

Depends ontheyear of the car. The 02-03 svt cobras were probally the most underrated drag cars ever produced.Remember now, I love mitsubishi's and hatedomestics(generally speaking).

Unlike most charged stangs the svt came from the factory with a root style blower. With less than 1200 spent in performance parts the car could easily jump into the mid 12's(intake, upper pully, x pipe,venom chip). Reliablity really depends on how its upgraded and mantained but if you can turn a wrench and get a jdm burn on the chipthere really isn't a way to killa terminator.

Theres a kit out right now by kenny bell that throws out the stock blower and replacesit with a 2.3liter charger

I know a kid who has one on his stang along with some other parts. He hasn't ran it at the track but he beat a gsxr1000 from a roll(saw it with my own eyes), theydo a 1/4 in something like 10.6ish

Im the same way, slow. I have a strong disslike for many domestics, but the 03-04 Cobras really have broken that. I found myself looking around for GT's... lol... yes i will hold my head in shame.
