if you think about it, i would say yes it was necessary, the cops life was at risk because he was on the hood of the car and the guy was going to drive off... thats crazy though.. but yea, i woulda shot the mother ****er too lol

As a result of the dude jumping on the car, he had the right to shoot him. I don't exactly agree with it, but i can see how they would justify it.

 

i would be smart enough NOT to jump on the hood and just shoot out the tires

 

its a bit harder than you think to shoot out the back tires of a car.. i woulda got in a cruiser and chased him more just so i could be speeding like that and not get in trouble... thats why im not qualified to be a cop lmao

 

if i were a cop id just slam my cruiser into the car (cause i dont care for Ford)

 

I hope that cop is killed on duty. He probably killed that guy and he had no right to. Smart cops dont chase. Smart cops get the runners licens plates and let them get away then they hunt them down at home. Chasing only gets people killed. When are"stupid" cops going to learn.
