1. it will be a DD street car.

2. the only racing it will see is mabey once or twice at an auto x and 1/8 / 1/4 racing.

3. Mike i know, i know. lol trust me... i'm not looking forward to spinning 3rd but w/ the suspension and tire setup that i'm going to be running hopefully i'll be able to keep it together in 3rd. 7-8" wide street slicks, tein coilovers, and quite a few other suspension upgrades.

ROB - eclipse in my avatar - 99 OZ GS, AEM CAI, Thermal R&D Catback, obx racing header, high flow cat, greddy grounding kit, port and polished throttle body, b&m short shifter, egr blockoff plate, venom 400 performance chip.. sold it back in... like april or may. it was a 420a, it was slow, needed somethin funner/faster.

pics will be up as soon as i get my damn shifter in!!! the car is at my buddie's shop right now and i'm not driving all the way out there to take pics of it's grey primer outside lol.

great. . . the shifter linkage that i had was for the wrong damn motor!!!! had to oder another linkage, lovely. hopefully it will be here b4 friday so i'll have the car for the weekend.

Is that the DelSlow Ron? Why not an H22? Not that I wouldnt prefer the B18 myself, its just most always do the H series motor... Looks good though, Clean install.
H22 is too heavy for it, and is known to break Axles [:@] lol

i almost bought a civic with the b18 in it once... are they pretty quick(considering we are talking about hondas)

it's not the weight i'd be worried about and if i wanted a 2.0 so bad i'd just do a b20 w/ a vtec head. it's just that they are PITA when it comes to stuffing them into cars. you usually have to a lot of work just to get one in including firewall persuasion, hood persuasion and also custom motor mounts. the b18 is a direct swap in my car so it's a lot easier.
