Just as a side note, I got my chassis certified today for as low as 8.5 as well as the my buddy's Luv and his Dad's '65 Chevelle 300. I'm at least a year away from getting my car down the track, the Prostreet one anyways. Fairly easy testing, they check 12 points on the cage and check the weld points. 7's, wow, that is fast. Heck, 9's is fast. When I went 10.7 with the Luv not using the trans lock, that was pretty fast but actually seemed fairly natural, but what a rush. Can't wait to get into the 9's.
