Default which one..

WEll I havent found my dog yet, but I am looking for a new car still. found these two

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/car/655275425.html

he replied with :
Car has never been tampered with it was bought from a old man.I have most records and original sales slip/manual/leather vr-4 case.

1.No rust anywhere ever
2.NO electric problems of any kind
3.yes there are engine leaks, from the valve cover (which I have a whole new upper gasket kit OEM mitsubishi with EVO metal half seal) also SLIGHT leaking from the turbo inlet banjo nut (probably loose or needs a new crush washer as a brand new turbo was installed) NO leaks from major sources as main seals ,transmission,or transfer case, or rear end.
4. Title is clean and registration is current and in my name, with no liens.
The engine was replaced at 200K. The turbo is a brand new unit (NOT USED),The car will be smogged by me upon sale, on REALLY cold morning it is notchy 1-2, but fine when it is warmed up, interior is OK, the drivers front seat is worn a bit but I have 2 new front seats in good condition for it. The rear upper seatback is parted from the seams due to sun damage. dash/headliner/carper/rest is all good. no rips or tears. It is all black leather. I will have very detailed pics this weekend. The ones I have now are only exterior shots. Not a single dash crack. it is great.
What has been replaced recently:replaced all brake lines/ brakes,NEW TURBO,new steering lines front/rear,tires,starter,alternator,new temp sensor, new crank sensor, new TPS, MOTOR has been replaced at 200K, ecu, etc.always aligned every rotation. all done at authorized dealer I have paperwork. I have replaced with OEM MITSU PARTS ... Carrier bearings,yoke,u-joints, axle seals, new centerforce dual friction performance clutch, pressure plate T/O bearing, resurfaced flywheel, new 2G steel braided full length clutch line, new clutch master, new clutch slave cylinder,1992 23 spline transmission with transfercase, oil filled with synchromesh in transmission and redline gear oil in transfercase.New KNOCK sensor, TIMING BELT WAS REPLACED AT 240K AT DEALER..

then the other one is :
