after a few more upgrades ill get a dyno. when i bought it, they were advertising 263hp stock. that was b.s. stock has been getting dyno at 240. w my upgrades atm i think im somewhere between 250-260whp. just a guess, im not going to pay for a dyno just yet. w the new mivec engine you get a pretty sweet kick in high rpm range.

Well dyno hp (WHP) is always alot less than base hp (BHP).

BHP is called brake HP not base

its even more than that. for example the older 3G V6 is rated at 205 but will only put down 160. the 3G GS is rated at 155 but only put down 108

My car is rated at 276 and only puts down 240ish.

It all depends on the type of dyno and the type of weather temps. Mustang dynos always will read lower that others.

im not sure what kind of dyno everybody is using. but from what i read, we put down 240 stock. i have seen mixed results with a CAI's some people throw down high 250's some low 250's. me having a cai and a cat back magnaflow. im just guessing im somewhere between 250-260. could be a tiny bit more, heck it could be less i guess i wont know until i dyno it.

intake and cat-back i'd say between 250 and 255. a downpipe and test pip will prolly bump that up to between 260 and 265.

yea im thinking of getting a high flow cat from rre as long as they pass inspection. and also RRE and ripp mods just came out with headers. i plan on picking them up hopefully sometime in the summer. RRE's headers are shorties as apposed to ripps longer set up. i do not know the difference between the two. still new to it all.
