that i have no idea on. I just know alot of people have dont the 4g63. Actually when i was at the junkyard trying to get some parts for the elantra, a guy was there picking at it as well and he had with him a swapped in 46g3. The is one area where you have to cut but the mounts were direct bolt on. It was kinda funny hearing the turbo motorcome from an elantra

shouldnt be much of a surprise. If you have read the stikies you would find the one I did about other alternatives to 6bolt swaps and they involve hyndai blocks

ok you get 2 cool points for wanting to do something different but if you go up to anybody who has any knowlege of the dsm world and tell them that you have a 420a pushing 300-400whp with awd... they will plain LAUGH IN YOUR FACE and prolly call you stupid. or if they are nice or don't have any ***** they'll ask "why didn't you save yourself 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS and just buy a gsx for 5 grand and spend 2 to make it everything that you have now? 15 thousand dollars, do you have ANY idea how much money that is? thats half the money that a school teacher makes in a year before taxes. for somebody who wants to do an awd turbo'd gs you must be pretty young. and at a young age it's nice to have these kind of goals and dreams but once you actually start buying parts and realize how much 1 thousand dollars really is... i think you'll grow up and get a clue.
i know b/c i wanted to do the same thing. was like, oh awd hell yes, oh, turbo hell yes. i even went futher than most people do. i had a
spare block/maincap and a
COMPLETE bottom end rebuild w/ forged pistons
knife-edged crank
forged rods
cometic head gasket
urethane motor mounts
rod bearings
main bearings
arp head studs
arp main studs and all of the machine work done to it.
i also had a turbo, turbo manifold, wideband, safcII, and a fmic.
but before i installed everything after spending about 2 grand on all of this (with some KILLER deals) i realized that i STILL needed injectors, peformance clutch, engine management, piping, bov and TUNING.
i had well over another 2k to spend before this thing would have been 300whp.
so lets review shall we? 4k in parts and tuning, 6k for the car = 10k for 300whp. ORRR GSX is 5k, 16g kit is 2k, that's 7k for 350Awhp. make since yet?
Yeah I agree with u's saying AWD an Eclipse rs isa waste of moneyand it would be easier and cheaper for me to just to buy a GSX, but I don't have and Eclispe. I peeped these online http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2864677
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/633614
and thought I try it. Since my wip was made in the same factor as yours as wells as the Stealth and the 3000GT I figured it wouldn't be too hard to an AWD conversion. The Eclispe is too small of a car for me so its stupid for me to sell my wip for a smaller one just to go faster. Here let me learn you something: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dodge_Avenger
I apologize if my bad english has mislead any1 to believe I drive a Mitsubishi Eclispe RS, and I was All Wheel Driving its stock 420A motor.$6G's is not alot of money youngin I can knock that out on stuff INEED in a couple hours. This is 5G's in all 100's this ain't even all that:

wow dude, first of all that first link is BS. you cant even put 1 T78 on a 4g63 let alone 2 lol. why the hell are you posting your cash? show off or what? WHO DOES THAT? I could post a pic of my car if you wanna show what we got. Since it is a $30,000 car and has $10k in just motor work but who cares? no body but me because its mine lol. If you want an AWD advenger that can be done we have a member who drive a 4g63 swapped AWD drive advenger as a matter of fact had you spent time doing REAL research rather than cardomainyou would know that the second link of the silver one is onwed by that member who is also a moderator here. his SN is SilverCoupe97 so carry any questions to him, But dont count on massive T78 turbos to fit right on and work lol .

Wow Pappi you are a moron. Who seriously likes to wave money around. We dont give a crap about it. When i bought my talon i paid 5k in cash. And its really not all that impressive.

And how the hell can you knock off 6k on stuff you NEED. What is this list of stuff you NEED?
