Well i dont know if im the first on here to order from them but my overall impression is its a good site to buy from. Here are the details of my order:

I ordered 2 sets of spark plugs on Monday Dec. 11. It was shipped out the next day though UPS and has arrived today Dec. 18. The only problem i had with it was their automated email system was not functioning correctly so i never recieved an email with the shipping info. After PMing the vendor on here for them they gave me the number to call to get the info. And the people there we easy to get the answer from. They were able to give me the tracking info. So one small glitch but apart from that it was an easy transaction.

One thing i wanted to point out was the plugs i bought from them (NGK's) i couldnot get at any parts store around here because no one sold them at all.

Well i figured this would be something everyone would be interested in hearing.
