Default Oil on the spark plugs

Just changed the spark plugs on my 2000 galant 2.4L three of the plugs had no visible oil on them but oil on the spark plug boots at the top and the third the one on the end of the driver side had oil all over it. Has anyone experienced this problem? solutions? Car is not consuming oil and no visible black smoke out of tail pipe. Any help would be appreciated..thanks

Appears to be simple valve cover gasket. Usually not a complicated job just labor intensive due to all the stuff that needs to be removed. You also may want to check the PCV valve connection to the valve cover and see if oil is puffing out there. Check you PCV for good operation.
