ummm... can you say holy going against everything imports are?
http://www.2008toyotasupra.net/stills/2008-toyota-supra-sneak-preview-big.jpg

toyota's new 2008 supra is announced... equipped with a 5.0 V8, better suspension, and 450BHP at 385LBS.

at only 40-50 grand I see supra outselling the skyline at 80Kby a landslide... and a V8? WTF!?!?!

discuss...

6 months this car has been in the workings for like 5 years. And the entire time it was working on the V8. It is the new thing the turbo days are gettng phased out again like they did at the end of the 90s

personally I like it too. it looks crazy

let the turbo days die out... we'll still be whoopin that v8 tail! looks ok.... like a mix between a ferrari, 06 vette saturn sky (only the part behind the seats) i still like the 4th gens a lot better.

I personally think it just yells out mid-life-crisis... 450 bhp, yeah 99% of its owners will need all that to get an automaticface lift.

Its REALLY nice good looking if it actually turns out like that, and i dont think it would mean that the turbo days willbe over XD there will still be affordable sportsters out there, but i agree with trident though... maybe not 99% but a great bunch
