Mid life crisis for sure, no way in hell 90% of young people can spend that kind of cash on a damn car.

i think a new supra with a v-8 is b.s. inmo that thing shoudl be equipped with a turbo... maybe a v-8 turbo.... just for ****zengigglez!!!

Turbos wiull be phased out again until they realize that the higher power to weight ratio is killing gas mileage again then turbos will return.

not every supra was turbo or tt for that matter. they ibly started putting turbos on the supras when the mk3 came out. befoe that there was the celica supra. in l type and p type. p stands for performance. lol. but the are not killing the image of the supra. the supra was meant to be a japaneese spaorts car bordering on supe car performance for it's time. i'd say the new supra is doing just that.

i know that not all supras cam with turbo's but i mean... they were upgrading and upgrading and finally got to the twin turbo inline 6 and then they decide to go to a v-8?? just seems kinda lame..

it does seem that way at first. but for a japaneese car maker to put out a bigger displacement engine and have it make so much power naturally aspirated. they must know something that we don't. maybe they will come out with a turbo version to contend with other high end super cars. you never know what is going to happen. cars are getting so fast and different today. i wouldn't be suprised if they came out with a high end model or the supra.
