Default Update.

Aight, I havent been on much because the site wasnt letting me post replys or new messages for awhile.. But here are some updated pictures and news.

I have the GSX running. There is a new head on the stock 7 bolt motor that was in it. So atleast I have a running car untill I get everything that I need for the 6 bolt swap.(I have just about all I need, but I want some more aftermarket things before I put it in, so I dont need to take things back out a month after I have it in)

Anyways, heres some pictures of the motor. (I just put most of it together this morning.)

The Head:
Forced Performance 3x Cams (Comp Cams)
Dual springs
news valves/guides/seals/retainers
3g lifters
Greddy Cam gears
Polished 1g CAS (Polished by myself

The Block:
Crower Rods
ross Pistons (20 over)
ARP studs
Balance Shafts eliminated
Greddy Timing belt
All new timing equipment (Some things not yet installed)

And also the Venom Intake manifold for those that didnt notice
I have an AEM fuel rail and some 850 injectors that I need to put on, but I need to get some spacers first

And then the car its gonna be going in.. (99 GSX)

Could have been.. When its all said and done, I wanna be running the 3065. My goal is 500 at the wheels with race fuel, and 350-400 on pump gas.

Ya I could.. But I dont want to maxing out a smaller turbo at that. I want to be there without putting a lot of stress on the turbo

Why would you want all that lag with the 3065 anyway. I just dont see the point when your really not looking to get over 500hp and that turbo is designed for well over 500. I would either go with the 3052 if you want an FP turbo. Or go to a garrett based GT35r or a hybrid 50trim. I just dont see you needing that size for any reason.
