I live in Pennsylvania about an hour and 15 mins. north of Pittsburgh and I haven't heard of "Hookah"..I have smoked for 4 years now..I am a pack a day smoker and smoke Camel Turkish Silvers which a blended tobacco is used in their turkish blended cigarettes..I can't see how the tobacco can give you a buzz unless it is of the whacky variety if you know what I mean..I can maybe see non-smokers getting a tobacco buzz if they are smoking for the first time but that is true with cigarettes and anything tobacco oriented..I had a tobacco buzz the first few times when I started smoking..I may in a way see the resin from the bong thing causing a buzz but not to someone who smokes every day of their life..Besides, if I had a contraption like that I wouldn't be smoking tobacco out of it anyway LOL..I say bring the Hookahs and hoes to the East! LOL.

Well then take a field trip and find you a hookah. I know there was a place in Connecticut that sold hookahs. It's more a matter of the type and flavoring of the tobacco that gives the buzz. Kinda like an oxegen bar. you've been breathing oxygen for HOW many years? But go to an oxy bar and it'll give you a nice buzz

Hookah's nice though because it's litterally a water bong. Cigarette's, well when i smoke them, are harsh, i tried one once and almost coughed to death. But hookahs are nice and mellow and smooth. Being its a water bong, the water cools the smoke before it enters your system. Good stuff. Plus it tastes good too. My favourite's the orange
They are pretty tight.

That's cool...Come to PA and bring a Hookah and a few west coast hoes with ya and we'll smoke up together brother..I need to experience that ****...Actually I decided to quit smoking for the 6th time in 4 years..It's gonna be tough..It's not the healthiest habit, costs a lot of money when you're smoking a pack a day like me, plus it's been tearing up my throat..So I'm done with it for now but I would like to try out the Hookah man.

i've heard of a hookah..and a hooker for that sence....they are known all over you just need to be mixed in with the wrong crowd...and i hang out at piercing places so they sell em there all the time

San Diego's hilarious. We've got this area known to the locals as PB, know to maps and others as Pacific Beach. (but its not just there) We've got shops that sell all types of bongs. Hookah, hand held, etc etc etc. what's funny is that all over those stores they have home made signs that say "sold for tobacco use only" but you know that 85% of people who buy from those shops (especially in that area) will be using them for other reasons besides tobacco. haha
