well after its said and done they can use any excuse to get rid of ya. Its hard to prove they fired you because of that

yea but (not to be racial) but a black guy says he got fired cause he was blackand whaa laa HUGE case...its basically the same thing.....its all hear-say

heres what I would like to know, WHY would the people that said NO in the poll not take the money? fear from what their employers might say? is it a moral issue with you? Im just trying to see things in that perspective.

i think people might have said no too a low balling settlement. Thats the only reason i could see turning it down, just to try and get more
