Hello all,
I hope someone can point me in the right direction to finding an intermittent fault with my beloved 1997 Spacewagon. When trying to start the vehicle if it does not catch and burst into life first shot, then I have to wait 3 to 4 minutes before trying again. It will just turn over but not fire, unless I wait. There is usually a smell of fuel. It is a newish battery on it. It has been to my usual garage for diagnosis but has never happened whist there. It is very frustrating and leaves me insecure not knowing when it will occur. Any further info needed happy to share. Runs like a dream once going.


The model is too old to hook up to computer diagnostics .
