Hi There

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas to what my problem could be.
I have a Mitsubishi Grandis Warrior DI-D 2005.
When I am driving it I get a loss of power and a lot of black smoke then after about 30 seconds it clears and it runs perfectly.

During the loss of power when trying to rev the engine it pinks/rattles a littl then clears.

I have had the turbo reconned, replaced the following parts, EGR valve, Mass airflow meter, Throttle body and map sensor. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,
The front right ABS sensor on my 2007 Grandis (2,0L DID)is apparently broken.
I can only find spares for the 2,4L Petrol version.
I was wondering if anyone knows if it is the same sensor on both versions?
Are the front disk brakes the same?

Hi, I have a mitsubishi grandis 2.0 diesel bsy engine. for a while, I have a problem - the car starts well, goes well, but when the water reaches 85 degrees, the engine dies suddenly, and can only start after 10, 15 minutes. I have the error U1101. can anyone help?

 

I own a 2008 Mitsubishi Grandis and when I go to the navigation section it's blank no button no nothing.

 

Hi new to this forum and finding it a bit difficult to post a question so this is more than lickely in the wrong place.
Anyway i purchased my grandis not long ago with a few faults 1 cut out randomly 2 limp mode so checked ith OBD11 this is what came up P0335 crank shaft sensor new sensor fitted / P0234 boost preasure sensor new sensor fitted /P0401 and P0488 cleared faults now down to 2 faults P0236 and P0236 pending BUT my EML light is taking longer to come on for instance switch on after repairs the light came back on now it does not come on till about 5 /6 cycles any ideas and sorry for the long post

Costumer came to us witg mitsubishi grandis 2.0 vw engine. The timing belt was snaped. Bought diferent engine and swaped in. At first start engine didnt start. When the engine was out, we changed many things included crankshaft position sensor. After many times trying to start the car, we changed 2 times cam and crank position sensors. Now on obd scan it shows U1101 ev ecu can timeout (2), fault is at meter module. Checked the connections between abs, ecu, fuse box, meter and I cant find the fault. Also changed main relay and tried many thngs. The compression is 20 bar each cylinder, injectors were tested and is good, fuel pump is new and working and high pressure pump is also changed and working. Cant find the can us wiring diagram. The can bus isnt short to ground or plus. I think that the ecu wont give message to injectors although thet are tdi engine, but the injectors need electricity. Maybe someone can halp me what to test next?
