I changed fuel pump and the old works after I hooked up to battery, now when i try 2 start it the pump isnt turning on, you can touch or listen and the new one isnt starting either, you can spray either into breather and it will start, when the trouble strted it would run about 45 mins oer hour then die it wouldnt start again unless you let it sit for about 30 mins spray either in breather and it was good for about 45 mins again, then it wouyld sputter and die again I dont know where relays r to check or any other part please help me
