The leak seems to be coming from the side that the mounting bracket connects. At idel it doesn't really leak but after you rev the engine or drive around that is when you see it start to pool.

The bracket studs don't even go all the way through, I don't think. Check that rubber gasket that goes between the upper and lower portions. That could have gotten kinked or pinched. That or the cap fitting that's back there may not be on really good.
One more thing...none my caps or blue fittings go completely flush with the afpr, if yours do, you may have pushed that little plunger up and against the top half.
Hell, it could just be that the teflon tape that you put on the rear cap just wasn't put on right, lol. Happened to me too, don't worry.
Just don't drive around with leaking fuel in your engine bay. Those fumes will ignite with a simple spark.
