Help me pls!!!

My service engine soon light has come on . I have check all vitals like oil and water and yes the gas cap is on right. What else could it be

take it to auto zone and have them pull the code off of it ....then it will tell u why the engine light is on

Its not a CEL. Its a light telling you that you need to do whatever the XXX,000 mile "tune up" is. What car is this?
