I think they're like auctioning my spyder off for like 2 grand.....kinda sucks since i thought it was worth more. If i could, i would have saved up the money, but the auction ended recently and i think it's illegal anyways. I don't want anybody's money, i know what's it's like to not have any money in your pocket and i don't want people to be in that scenario because they're giving money to me. Unless you're like super-rich and you really want to give me some cash!

Anyways, onto the kill story....well, my 2001 corolla s isn't all to fast and i mostly drive on the right hand lanes now, but man, now i know what the vtec guys talk about. The car has the 1zzfe engine with vvti and basically a 4-door celica gt. When vvti phases in, you can really feel a difference, not like boost or anything, but the engine tone changes and things really pick up a little. I haven't raced anything yet, and i don't think i will anytime soon in that car. But this story isn't about me, my 2 buddies in their turbo 2g's were racing. One was a 97 gsx and the otehr was a 95 gst. The GSX was slightly modified, hks intake, apexi exhaust, underdrive pulley set, and a 40hp HKS sticker. The gst had a small 16g and 550cc injectors, 1g BOV, SAFC2, apexi exhaust, injen intake, and a 30,000lb+ downforce extreme mega Supra style Erebuni wing(color matched for that extra touch). For the most part, we were just trying to see if the gst was a contender off the line. It actually did pretty good, and was only half a car length behind the gsx after 1st gear. During 2nd gear the gst took over though. Despite having the same exhuast(both were apexi n1) the cars sound different. The GSX had a deeper tone at WOT and the gst sound a little like a turbo honda.

I got a kill before my clutch went out on the high way, I got a Type R. I smoked it off the launch and it never caught back up, it was funny though how he was all like I've got a vtec and no crappy eclipse girl car will beat me. Then after the race he's all like when I turbo my car I will kill you, then I'm all like dude by then I will have so much done it won't even be close, I hate how those honda drivers think. I think the launch really murdered my clutch, then after the race a few miles later I noticed my clutch start to slip, and Then it just went out and I had to get it towed, it sucked it was a long night getting it all figured out.

 

that sucks man, good kill, but costing u a clutch, seems like theres always a price for a really good kill, doesnt it, so what kinda clutch you gonna get now?........

 

so im drivin down the highway on my way to work the other day and a gst pulls up next to me, looks over and waves so i wave back, kinda pulls on me and slows to wait, so im all ok, ill play around a little......... long story short he smoked me, but it was fun, one of those good long races down an open strech of hiway, we went back and fourth till i hit 4th gear, then he pulled and just kept on goin, it was actually kinda cool cause i didnt think id even hang on that long............ he was probly just playin wit me though.........

 

HAHAHA, punk *** "street racers", 4 or 5 of em,think it was 3 hondas, and a toyota, and i think another one, but i cant remember, got pulled over by the cops the other night and had their cars towed for doin like 90 in a 45, i drove by leaned out the window and laughed at em as loud as i could, cops looked at me and laughed too......... it was funny..............

 

HAHAHA!!! You ain't right man! I bet that was funny as **** though! It has been to quiet around my neck of the woods. I finally get a new vavle cover and get the engine to quit smoking and no one wants to race [] I have had a little bit of fun though, my wife just got an '05 Altima. It is the 2.5L 4 cyclender but it will haul ***! Wouldn't stand a chance against my GST, but good enough for her I guess.

 

yea, i heard those altima's are pretty quick, should make her run against you sometime, hehe, that would be funny...........

 

I've been looking for a good kill lately but no one wants to race, I really was lookin for a v8 before I put my car away for the winter. I found a civic that just pissed me off so I went up and asked if he wanted to race. He was talking so much **** about how he beat a turbo eclipse that was heavily modded and how he wasted GSXs all the time. This was 100% rice, it had carbon fiber hood, lowered hub caps that were missing, and a huge *** wing and a loud *** exhaust system, it was louder then my friends t/a which has exhaust and headers, but the car sounded like crap. So then anyways we line up it was him and his girlfriend in his car and he laughps when I rev, then I honk and on the 2nd honk he takes off so then I'm like wtf, and then like right around 50 or 60 mph I just blow by him, and then I pull over into a gas station, and he just drives off. But owell this weekend I wanna find a Stang Gt, I'm done racing imports that are nts unless they are really asking for it.

 

Last night I was really pissed of cause my girlfriend broke up with me for no reason, so I went and drove to my friends house. He bought a ford fokus about two weeks ago and has learned how to drive it pretty well. We decided to go get some food around midnight and we both decide we want to drive so we both do. We pull up to a light and I go to his right side. As I am coming to a stop the light turns green. And I am like **** he is gonna beat me cause he got a better take off. But once I threw it into second I start gaining on him. Get into third and I am practically even with him. Once I threw it into forth I started pulling on him and he backed off. I thought I was going to lose cause he was a good car and a half ahead of me. I think if he would off had some mods he might of beat me or if my car was completly stock. It was fun. We are best friends so nothing was taken personal. He knew I would have beat him badly if I would have come to a complete stop and got a good take off.

 

yea, racing your friends is always the most fun, you can talk **** to em and just laugh it off, and even if you loose you know that your still friends, and no one really cares that way, its just all in good fun.............. good kill though, hey nate, good kill also, goddamn civic drivers.....................
