I have one small problem with your story. The 300C won't spin the tires. It may chirp for a second but it won't spin. The Electronic Stability Program works with the traction control and will retard the engine or apply brakes when it feels wheel spin.
The SRT8 has less aggressive ESP to allow more driver control. Thats why they always use them for drifting and burnout photo's.

You can dissengage ESP but the traction control is on all the time.

no you cant ... the only way it can be turned off is by making the car spin out causing an error in teh system and fully shutting it off . My brother has the samr thing on his G35 and has to spin out for the traction control to be fully disabled.

ya but it is chrysler my dad has a crossfire and it HAS a traction controll button where he can turn it off and then the tires all of a sudden break lose im sure other chryslers have this option. some other cars use a chip or fuse for it and that is the only way to kill TRAC control

wow my point exactly DEF NO TRATION CONTROL turned on there. Incase you have never tired spinning tires with TRAC on you can but then the car sounds like a clutch slips and you feel the power dissappear and come back slowly untill the tires have no more chance of slipping that is def not the case there
