I have an 09 Galant Ralliart with 72,000 miles. The drivers side front end is making a creaking noise when I go over bumps and also when the car levels out after going up my steep driveway. Also another issue I am having is a creaking noise when I shift from park to drive and reverse. Any ideas what might be going on?

 

Control arm bushings are worn out. You may need to replace the entire control arm if the bushings aren't available separate.

Your motor mounts are also likely shot.
