okay so eventually i would love to have 350-400 horses out of my gst but with all that power im imagining the burnouts already. right now i can roast em off and im not even close to 300. is there anything out there that will help traction besides just coil overs? im new to eclipses as u guys know and dont know very much about getting a fwd car to hook up but i am looking forward to hearing what u guys think. thanks for the time

well to eliminate all of these issues a simple awd conversion will settle it, but thats not the case. For you to catch traction in a your eclipse you'll need the following things. Yes it's very possible to have LSD in a fwd car. Yes it would be kind of expensive depending on what you think is expensive to have LSD put in.

This would definitly help. Also suspension is major when it comes to tractions. When i say suspension i just dont mean "coil overs". I mean you would have to upgrade, lower/upper control arms, rear as well, Stiffer shocks, stiffer struts. Camber kit. Lower strut bars, Engine bay struts bars. Middle chasis struts, rear chassi struts. Stiffer mounts, peferably polyeurothane. And last mickey tompson, or hoosier drag radials ( if you want to drive on the street).

All this will for sure allow you to transfer all the power you want to floor. You also would need an expirience driver, but i'm sure you can handle that

this will be a long process unles you have a couple grand laying around. suspension is not as simple as most people thing - shocks, struts done, NO - like Gus mentioned, there is soooo much more than just coilover or shocks and springs. just piece it together one at a time. it's gonna take a while but the handeling will be great!
