Default Timing for a 4G64

I just changed the belt on a '97 spider with a 2.4 4g64 in it.
The manual says to check the counter-balance through the block plug
using a screwdriver.
My motor has 2 little holes, about 5mm deep and a plug to the water jacket.
Where is this plug to chck the counter balance shaft alinment?
Thanks

Yes please take a picture when you can.
I think I see what your talking about.
I was confused from the picture in the manual as
I was looking on the side and not on the front of
the motor.
Thanks so much for the help.

***********No, that was the oil punp.
Still do not see what your talking about.
