Default New Tires Opinions

I'm in the market for new tires since my OEM Integrity have almost reach their tire rating of 55k (at 36,???). When I looked at tire rack, I saw good and bad reviews for many of the tires I was looking at but still undecided on what to get. Just wondering what most endeavor owner choose as their current tire besides OEM. I'm probably sticking with all-season tires since where I live has few snow storms but many days of rain and shine (MO). On another note, has anyone tried "General" tires, they look good, but haven't heard much about them?

General makes good tires. I have used a few of there Grabber A/T's on my past subarus and they treated me well.

Generals are good but they where so loud on my Endy, I traded them back in and got the yokohoma geolanders since I had good experience with them on my montero sport

you can't go wrong with the Yokohama Geolanders, as jcosmejr mentioned. We are on our 3rd set of tires on our 04 Endeavor Limited, the OEM set, a Bridgestone set that the dealer installed (free tires for life program at our Mitsu dealer), and the 3rd set installed about 5K miles ago (by the dealer) are the Fuzion XTi that the Tire Rack sells. They have performed very well in heavy rain, on the highway, and in daily driving. Not much snow here in Texas, but we have been SOAKED with rain lately (over 9 inches in October alone) and these tires look and sound great.

Had I been on the hook for buying new tires, I was set to buy the Kumho Solus KR21, as the reviews on Tire Rack were great, and I have experience on past vehicles with Kumho tires.

good luck
