How can you resolve it if you do not know what it is?
Any shop can diagnose the code coming up to pin point the problem.
Or you can rent the OBDII reader yourself from Autozone free (once you give it back they give you your money back) and read the code and you might be able to fix it yourself.
Trying to guess when the car "seems ok" is like finding a needle in a haystack.
