Default airflow issue

heres one for you guys.
with HKS 280 cams in, rebuilt engine, 2g maf, FP green turbo 680 injectors,.. at 1500 rpm i got 50-60 Htz - seems normal.
below 1200rpm the Htz start to go back up, and as the engine loads up with fuel the turbo picks up speed of course because its lugging the engine, Htz goes up, turbo speeds up more,Htz raises moreuntill it eventually floods and dies. i have the 1200 rpm and 800 rpm on the AFC to -50% and it will still load up and die, it just takes longer. the avergae idle A/F ratio is 14.5 - 15.0. it seems that no matter what i do i cant let the computer control the idle. i have to keep it 1500+. i expected a rough or stubborn idle with those cams but didnt figure i would come across that bad of a problem.
dont give me the same old boost leak crap for a fix because ive been over it all, been through evrything.. it almost acts like the overlap of the valves is letting air rush through causing it to flow more of course...
has anyone had this problem with those cams? ive heard alot of 280's idle at 1000 with no problems.
i just changed the turbo and injectors to bigger from a 16g and 550's but i knew that wouldnt cure it, but bigger is still better. it runs awsome other than i cant idle below 1500.

Doesnt Neg(-) no the safc lean out the car more, not richen it? So wouldnt you want Pos(+) at idle. Just a thought, not that i think that will fix it. Im wondering if you need something more than the safc to tune with because of those cams. Maybe you need to control the timing.

well you would normally want whatever it takes to idle with a decent mixture. advanvancing the timing all the way at idle does help it stay running...
i just had it on -50 because thats wehre it loads and dies and when i set it like that it gives me time to catch it at least. the airflow reading is going up ... i just dont understany why,or why the MAF sits on 3 Htz when its not running.
i was thinking the timing should be advanced a little at idle.
i should be back to having DSMlink here soon...

How long has the safc been in there. Could it be a problem with the connections on that? It sounds like the safc might be screwing something up

Default RE: airflow issue

ehh maybe 6 or 7 months. it was new.
i kinda ruled that out too though, i bypassed it where it interrupts the signal and turned the fuel pressure down some so it would run and it did the same thing. i laugh every time it does it because it sounds like a variable pitch turbo, it speeds up and starts surging as the airflow signal raises.(thats why istill think its the valve overlap letting it flow through)im wondering if maybe myECU is going goofy. i did the caps in it last year but that dont always mean anything.
the car was apart for 3 months or so, rebuilt the motor, mistakenlyordered 280 cams instead of 272 ( my fault) i can get it to come down to 1200 and idle , but as soon as the cooling fans come on or your turn on the headlight its sets off the angry little gnome in the MAF and he makes it stall
ill get a video later on so you can hear and see the Htz and what its doing. also with the low vaccum from the cams the fuel pressure raises when it comes down and adds fuel to the fire.
