Default BOV

Howabout someone reccomend a BOV to fit my car. Mod list in in my sig.
Im still on the stock crushed 1g BOV running 28 psi without it leaking but i hear a bit of compressor surge when i back out of the throttle. So i assume the BOV cant dump the amount of air needed to keep from surging. I just put the big *** FMIC on and have the stock BOV rigged onto the 50mmflange that came on the plumbing.

Greddy Type S or a Type RS with it recirculated.

Either that or i would actually recoment using a dual BOV setup. I have seen that before.

What ya mean dual BOV, you mean two of them, or do you mean the ones with dual ports that dump half to the atmophere and half is recircualted.

EMonz is right.. but you want it recirculated.

I mean 2 BOVs on the UICP. You can get a second flange welded on and thats all you need to do.

However.. just replacing it with a better flowing BOV might work.

yup i definately need a new BOV now, my deal i made blew out of the pipe and crammed the stock BOV down into the shift cable, smashed the top of the BOV completely in and bend the shift cable to hell. at first i though i broke the trans with the loud pop then it being stuck in 2nd gear. Had to adjust the AFC to -50% to keep it running enough to drag its *** back to the garage.
