EMonz is right.. but you want it recirculated.

I mean 2 BOVs on the UICP. You can get a second flange welded on and thats all you need to do.

However.. just replacing it with a better flowing BOV might work.
SSQ can recirc... mine is

Honestly evrything is overpriced, lol. Belive me i'd rather save my turbo from the abuse of surge.
Have you ever put a boost gauge right by the compressor and watched it peg when you back off the throttle? lol

It's not the price of the item that makes it good, it's the quality! If it was all up to pricing then everything out there is a piece of **** except for racing products which are very pricey.
I paid $150 for my Forge bov...you guys can pay as high as you want, I know my bov doesn't surge my compressor, I know it doesn't leak. I also have another spring that I can put in there to hold up to 30psi. Hell, a stock 1G bov can be had for $50 and they work very good up to around 22psi and some have been know to work up to 25psi...yes, they were modified...yes, it brought the price up to $60 maybe?
Come on people, a 16g-20g, do you really think that he needs a race bov, a 40mm bov? I do have to say that 28psi on a 16G is way toooooo high. That's 50 trim boost and definitely not 16g, and then there's no fmic either? Too high Racer, trim it back down. It's not a 20g and it can't do what a 20g can. You are definitely out of the 16G's effeciency range...way out.
You also crushed your 1G bov too much, that's why it causing the compressor to surge. You have to have a vacuum pump while you crush the bov to maintain 18hg. That's the correct way to crush one. It's not only a matter of it hold boost, it's also a matter of it releasing at your desired setting.

Price is NOT a sign of quality, price is a sign of EGO.

i say either greddy type s, rs, or hks SSQ either way recirc. you can get a "map translator" from CIMotorsports.net or wherever else and vent though if you want, (from what i hear) so you could go w/ the Tial and get that sweet chirp sound.
