Default cold start?

so before it was getting really really cold here we were in the process of tuning my car but now i cant get it to start. it might give a noise from the exhaust here and there like it wants to start but no actual star, it will turn over though. any suggestions?

we were getting it tuned pretty decent too. idle was pretty close and we got up to 5k tuned fair enough

Yes when they go bad (all the time) the ecu will add fuel on cold start ups and cause a hard start or long crank. It'll also foul out the spark plugs.

do you think it would effect tuning wot or cruising at all?
