Default cruise control

Hey guys, another question. Where's the cruise control unit on a 92 talon? When I turn it on, the little light on the **** thing turns on, but when I go to set the cruise it won't set. Does anyone know what's wrong with that? Thanks forall the help.

92's were mounted to the firewall not the strut tower, and there is no vacuum hookup at least not on my 92 Eclipse
