fpr is under the hood on the fuel line next to the injectors. you can get away without buying one, if anything your car is just going to run a little rich. but when you start raising the boost, buying bigger injectors, and tuning, you going to need one for sure

Just replaced my fuel line, and I had to buy another one (Used for $45 from a gut yard). What you do is you use a locking wrench, and then the proper sized wrench, and grip them, and try to squeeze them together, and it will loosen up. Good luck.

Hopefully it works. I dunno I always just drenched the locked section in WD-40 or some other penetrating oil let it soak a few hours then try breaking it free.
