does anybody know if and where the relay is to make the headlights go up and down. They will go up but after jacking with the switchs for 20 minutes I can get them to go down then they will pop back up immediatly........help

I would get a haynes manual. But i believe its something like this:

-Stand on passenger side and look into engine bay at the fuse box
-Second column from the left (of the relays). Right in the middle
-should be a big black cube

 

I have the manual but doesn't say anything about the pop-up headlights. I will look at the relay box, thanks
