well if i look at the valves, they are not going back up because it looks like they are bent because when i took the valve cover off. about six of the rockers were laying inside the head and one of them was cracked.

ya dude the 2 valves are long gone in that thing lol. the pistons are jacked up too. damn interference motors

Well if the pics are with the cams and rockers out then yeah it's fooked but just looking at it like that they don't look TOO bad... Who's idea was it to make an interference engine anyways?:!?! BAH...

yeah,but the thing is that the intake valves are bent, but the gouges were on the exhaust side????? wierd huh. im gonna look at the exhaust ones and see if they are messed up.

(Yes I know it's physically IMPOSSIBLE to do that.)... Dud you have one WEIRD fooked up car man...

i know, i guess the guy who did my timing has a motor for me, so i guess im gonna take mine out and mod from there. im looking to run 25psi. is that possible? and will a 6-bolt motor fit in my 93 gsx.

well i looked at the valves from the underside and when i looked closley, there was a huge chunk missing out of one of the guides. those were the pieces that were laying in the top of the piston.

so i think that the guide gave out and broke, causing it to jam the valve and then having the cam lock up and then jumping time and following that, bending all the other valves.


this sucks!!!!!!!

Damn dude that DOES suck... You didn't change the valves or guides when you had the head off last time did you?
