rear brake pad rattle / squeak

rear brake pad rattle / squeak
so at low speeds my rear brakes squawk and make horrid noises untill i touch the pedal. i realized the little metal clips that go between the end of the pads and the caliper bracket are missing. i have not found where to buy them. the douche bags at the dealer of course dont know what im talking about. i dont think they even understand what a god damn CAR is when you try to explain it.... if anyone has a mitsu part number, or knows of a place to buy them let me know. im amazed at the idiots they hire at some of the dealers around here. part stores of course have no clue either.

RE: rear brake pad rattle / squeak
all i need is the tiny little metal shim deal that the pad sits on. its out at the ends to keep the pads from moving foreward or backwards in the bracket, where they would slide in the braket, they slide against that metal clip instead. i found one... need 3 more

yea i know exactly what you are talking about, i just always thought they came with a new caliper. Someone posted a site that allows you to look at what the dealers look at for part #'s. I dont remember where it was though.
