I have a 1990 eclipse, and the other day the power steerin belt broke so I replaced it, and ever since it has been squeaking extremely loud. I tried using belt dressing and I have tinkered wit tightening and loosening it but it still makes the sound. it goes away sometimes but there isn't really a pattern. also there's a dash light but I don't have my owners manual and I can't figure out wht it is. it is a black almost radiator lookin symbol with yellow light around it. any idea?

 

That would probly be your low coolant light in the dash. Check the level in the overflow tank, thats where the switch for that light is. For your belt squeek try soap on it. Belt dressing always makes it worse when ive used it because it gets sticky when it dries.
