i am just gonna rebuild the whole motor set it up for turbo and hopfully have it done by spring safley runnin about 20 ta 22 psi every day and get a new tranny while i am at it
i know it involves alot of building up i was planin on pickin up a turboed block i dont know yet
There is NO difference from a turbo to an N/A block. If you're building up for a turbo the block will be the same either way. The difference will be the internals, the ECU, and the supporting systems. And if I'm not mistaken, the internals (Pistons/rods, cams, crank, and I think even the valves) were the EXACT SAME for both engines (Actually I think the valves might have been different butt he rest the same). So save the $ and get your block pulled and honed and just rebuild it.
