Default 1st, 3rd, 5th slip/rough

I was driving tonight and 1st gear slipped out at least 3 times. I happened after i would let off the gas but not shift. 1st, 3rd and 5th are all reallystiff to put into gear and slip out sometimes. also when in nuetral, when moving side to side, the stick is catching on something, it has never done that before yesterday.

Any ideas? is it time for a new tranny (hope not) or clutch?

when you go to put it in gear in first third and fifth does it make like a grinding sound because thats what mine did when i had my 3000GT and i had to replace the sincronisers (i know i messed spelling that word all up sorry lol) i dont really have any idea that may not even be relavent but its deffinatly something you should take care of lol

its something i would most definatly not recomend you doing yourself... transmissions are a pita to work on and i fyou don't know what you are doing.... well lets just say that a 200 dollar process may end up costing you a new tranni. i honestly don't know how much it costs on DSM's but on a mitsu mighty max pickuptruck i had wayyy backkkk whennn it was 250 bucks for the process.
