Definitely. That's why I said there's some welding involved. And the amount of labor it takes is why I mentioned the downtime, it'd be a lot of downtime. Not something I want to deal with, again. I think 9 months was long enough, at least for now.

tsg59 the reason i usually tell ppl that doing an AWD conversion on a gs-t is not possible is b/c you have to do SOOO much work that by the end of paying for everything and all of the work that has been put into it you will have ended up spending as much money on the swap as you would have on the GSX. the gst and spyder may have the same frame but the spyder comes much stronger and more suported due to the fact that there is no roof. the gst-s you would have to reinforce over and over in many different locations to make it strong enough to withold the flex and power. SilverCoupe9 did a really good writeup on it in the FAQ section.

i'll sell you my gsx for 10k lol, i'm kidding, she's just got an exhaust system on it. but i'm kind of getting tired of my car... it makes me sad.

i dont think it would be too hard to find a shell of a GSX...i saw one the other day for 600...2g.b

it was in a ebay store...DSM GRAVEYARD but the bid ended...i know your pain, i want to buy a shell and swap my engine over but it seems kind of pricey

you found it in a store? but was it on a regular listing that you would pull up if you were looking for a car on ebay motors?
